Hold the stone between your index or middle finger and thumb. Rub your thumb around the smooth surface inside the stone.

Palm Stones (also known as Worry Stones) have been used across the world in many cultures throughout history. The stones were often shaped by the movement of water, wearing away at stone to create a smooth surface over time.

These Palm Stones are made from a marbled stoneware clay blend. Each stone has been shaped individually by my hands to fit ergonomically inside of yours. The glossy smooth glaze in the centre of the stone increases the smoothness. Carry the stone with you in your pocket for use throughout the day.

Each stone measures approximately 55mm in diameter. As is the nature of handmade items, each stone may vary in shape and/or size. If required, the stone can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.
