Geometric but organic all at once…

The Facet Vase is wheel thrown and then sliced into shape. The cut sides reflect the light and as the cuts curve around the form they reveal a lovely shape.

Measures approx. 9cm wide x 9cm tall.

This Facet Vase is finished in my Sky Blue glaze - a glossy, translucent finish that reveals the facet work and breaks to an almost-white at the edges. This particular object also has a lovely cobalt speck on one side that has melted beautifully.
